Hosting your event at The Kai Collective is not like every other. With the background of the mountains and the foreground of a natural forest habitat, every event or retreat here is curated with intention.
The Kai Collective welcomes intimate celebrations that align with the spirit of this space—elopements under the mountain view, milestone gatherings with your closest people, small wellness retreats, family reunions, micro-weddings where every guest matters.
The house and grounds can hold your celebration beautifully. We ask that you hold them with care.
What We Offer
What We Can Host:
- Up to 50 daytime guests (overnight capacity remains 10)
- Events concluding by 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors and the mountain quiet
- Early check-in at 12:00 PM (instead of 3:00 PM) so you have time to settle in and prepare
Event Fees:
These cover the additional care, cleaning, and extended check-in that come with larger gatherings:
- Up to 20 guests (total): +$250
- 21-30 guests: +$350
- 31-40 guests: +$500
- Weddings: +$2000 (required to inquire before booking)

Message us with your intended dates and tell us about your event—what you're celebrating, how many people, what you envision. We'll confirm we're a good fit and guide you through adding the event fee to your reservation. All events require advance approval.
